Overeenkomst herroepen
Wil je je bestelling, of een deel ervan, herroepen? Dat kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgave van reden. Dit geldt ook voor sale-artikelen.
Retour aanvragen in je account
- Log in met je e-mailadres. Je ontvangt een inlogcode per mail.
- Kies de bestelling die je wilt herroepen.
- Klik op Retour aanvragen en selecteer de artikelen.
Lukt het niet via je account? Stuur dan een e-mail naar info@gentsy.co met je bestelnummer en de artikelen die je terugstuurt. Je ontvangt binnen 72 uur een bevestiging.
